Doug Emsley , , , Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Emsley is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He also serves in a similar capacity at Assiniboia Capital Corp., which currently manages a $128 million portfolio of Saskatchewan farmland on behalf CPPIB Assiniboia Inc. and Assiniboia Farmland Holdings LP, which owns and rents approximately 125,000 acres of Saskatchewan farmland to farmers.

Mr. Emsley has a wide array of business and professional experience. He is the President of Emsley & Associates (2002) Inc. Mr. Emsley is a director of the Information Services Corporation (TSX: ISV), Greenfield Carbon Offsetters Inc., a start-up involved in the creation of carbon credits, the Public Policy Forum, and of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club. Mr. Emsley has extensive experience in the resource sector and was previously a director of the Bank of Canada and a trustee of Royal Utilities Income Fund, then a TSX-listed income trust involved in the mining of thermal coal in western Canada, where he also served as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Emsley has an MBA from York University in Toronto.

Brad Farquhar , , , Director, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Farquhar co-founded the Company with Mr. Emsley and serves as a Director, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer to the Company. He also serves in a similar capacity at Assiniboia Capital Corp., which currently manages a $128 million portfolio of Saskatchewan farmland on behalf CPPIB Assiniboia Inc. and Assiniboia Farmland Holdings LP, which owns and rents approximately 115,000 acres of Saskatchewan farmland to farmers. Mr. Farquhar is a trained financial planner and has completed the Canadian Securities Course of the Canadian Securities Institute. He received a Master of Public Administration degree in Electoral Governance from Griffith University in Australia, studied political science at Carleton University, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts at Providence College. He has been engaged as an international consultant on matters related to the conduct of elections in Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. He has also been a part-time faculty member in the Department of Political Science at the University of Regina. Mr. Farquhar previously served as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Party and Executive Assistance to the Leader of the Opposition. Mr. Farquhar is a Director of Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. (TSXV: YAK), a commercial real estate company; Greenfield Carbon Offsetters Inc., a start-up involved in the creation of carbon credits; and Chair of the board of directors of SIM Canada. He is a former director of the International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development and the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce.

Gord Nystuen , , , Vice-President, Market Development

Gord Nystuen is the Vice-President, Market Development of Input Capital Corp. He previously worked on special projects at Assiniboia Capital Corp., where he helped create the agriculture commodity streaming model that became Input Capital.

He has an extensive background in a variety of senior roles in the Saskatchewan Government, including Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, at SaskPower, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Chief of Staff to the Premier, Chairman of Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation, and a variety of other roles in transportation, gaming, health, and finance.

Prior to his roles in government, Gord had a background in commercial and agricultural lending. He grew up on the farm near Naicam, Saskatchewan, and is a partner in Golden Acres Seed Farm.

Jamie Burgess , , , Director of Finance & Administration

Jamie Burgess is the Director of Finance & Administration for Input Capital. Jamie is responsible for upholding strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control.

Prior to joining Assiniboia Capital, Jamie served as a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he led audit, assurance and consulting engagements. Jamie is a trained accountant and in 2003 received his Chartered Accountant designation.

Matt Badger, CBV , , , Director of Corporate Development

Matt Badger works on corporate development and investor relations at Input Capital. Matt has a Bachelor of Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Regina, where he majored in finance, and holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

Mr. Badger joined Input from the Corporate Development team at Viterra, where he played a key role in corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Originally a native of Montreal, he is fluent in both English and French.

Mr. Badger previously served as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Royal Regina Golf Club and is currently the Chairman, President & CEO of Aerius Property Group.

Gary Wilson , , , Director of Sales

Gary comes to us with extensive experience and a proven track record of success in sales management and direct sales in both the agricultural and broadcasting industries. A forward thinker, Gary knows the importance of building solid, lasting business-to-business relationships and is looking forward to refining our sales process and cultivating successful relationships with our clients – both new and old.

Brennan Craig , , , Director of Grain Marketing & Logistics

Brennan Craig manages grain marketing & logistics for all the canola streamed by Input. He recently joined Input, bringing with him 16 years of experience in the western Canadian grain handling and marketing system. A former floor trader for RBC on the floor of the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange, he has spent his career working as a Senior Oilseed & Pulse Trader and Merchandiser for several of the largest grain companies in the world. Early in his career as an Account Executive for a major commodity trading firm, Brennan completed a number of certifications: o Member of the Investment Dealers Association o Canadian Securities Course o Derivatives Fundamentals Course o Futures Licensing Course o Options Licensing Course Brennan has been involved in several industry committees, including as a board member of the Flax Council of Canada, as a member of the Oilseeds Contract Committee and Options Committee for ICE Canada Futures, and as an industry delegate to canola consultations in Japan with the Canola Council of Canada. Brennan is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, with a BSc in Agricultural Economics. He is an avid runner who is a two-time finisher of Ironman Canada, and has completed 7 half Ironmans, two marathons, and many other long-distance races.
