Kim Althouse , , , Saskatchewan

Kim Althouse is passionate about agriculture and has spent the bulk of his lifetime in and around the farm. He began his career in ag business with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool in 1975. He went on to work for Parrish & Heimbecker until 1984. Kim has spent the subsequent 30 plus years working in senior management positions for the likes of Louis Dreyfus and CorePro Drilling.

Kim is currently the President of Advanced Agri Trade technology ( and is an Agri Trend Market Coach.

Kim and his wife reside in Tisdale, SK.

Brad Birn , , , Saskatchewan

Brad Birn has spent his whole life in and around the farm. As a farmer himself, he appreciates the complexity of growing a profitable crop. He also brings a background in Agronomy and is currently working on his CCA designation. Brad enjoyed a long career with United Grain Growers, Agri Core United and Viterra dealing crop inputs and buying grain. Brad is dedicated to farmers and now serving the Northwest Saskatchewan region.

Clayton Malanowich , , , Saskatchewan

Clayton grew up on the family farm and is currently an active key operator along with his Dad. Clayton attended the University of Saskatchewan and studied Agronomy. He is an active member of his community and has experience serving on various boards and committees. The bulk of Clayton’s off farm career has been in agricultural banking and commodity brokering. Currently residing in Canora, SK Clayton makes every effort to help out fellow farmers whenever they need a hand.

Roger grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm in eastern Saskatchewan. After moving to Emerald Park, Roger setup and operated a successful general insurance brokerage for nearly 20 years. After selling the insurance business, he went on to expand his cattle business and rental property company. Roger is passionate about what he does and loves the farming and cattle industry. Roger and his wife currently reside in Emerald Park, SK.

Tony Lipinski , , , Alebrta

Tony has been part of Agriculture his whole life.  He grew up on a farm in east central Saskatchewan and operated a grain farm until 2002.  He then moved with his family to Grande Prairie, AB to work in an Agriculture role with the accounting firm of Meyers Norris Penny.  From there he joined Finning Canada as an Agriculture Account Manager.  When Finning exited the Ag industry he joined the local John Deere Dealership, PrairieCoast Equipment, in another Agriculture Account Manager role.  Tony’s vast background in agriculture makes him a valuable source for knowledge for Input Capital clients.
